Your purchase records build your claims. They are never shared, pooled, sold, or used to train anything.

What we collect

The accounts payable or purchase-history export you send us, and the contact details of the people at your company we work with. Nothing is collected from this website beyond aggregate page views — there are no cookies here, no tag manager, and no third-party scripts. The content security policy on this domain forbids them.

What we do with it

We normalise it, resolve the vendors on it to the manufacturers behind them, and match it against the class definitions of open settlements. The output is an exhibit you sign and a claim filed in your name.

Your data is never pooled with another customer's. There is no shared model built across customers, and no aggregate product derived from your ledger.

How long we keep it

Longer than you might expect, and deliberately. A settlement administrator can question a filed claim years after the fact, and a claim you cannot evidence is a claim you can lose. We retain the source export, the exhibit, and the derivation record for the life of the claim plus the applicable records period.

Subprocessors

We use infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, and database services. A current list is available on request and before you sign anything.
